Mindful Intention

Last month I went to a 5 day

silent retreat that was hosted by my friends from the Potluck sangha.

I had a wonderful time with peace and joy. My last day there I came up with this vow on my practice and I want to share with you all.

I vow to:

1- Do the best I can; Moment by moment.

2- Appreciate every moment; Moment by moment

3- Be kind to myself and others; Moment by moment.

May we all be peaceful.

May we all be happy.

May we all be free to give and receive love.
